We’re looking for a motivated Account Representative to join our sales team and build lasting client relationships while driving new business growth.
Job Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate new leads through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and community outreach.
  • Manage a sales pipeline and move opportunities through the sales funnel to close business.
  • Conduct needs-based assessments to provide solutions that fit client goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using consultative and solution-based selling techniques.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals, KPIs, and revenue targets.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage accounts, and report activity.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies and deliver outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales, account management, or business development (preferred but not required).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to exceed performance expectations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office is a plus.
  • Ability to obtain Property & Casualty license.
  • Ability to obtain Life & Health license.

Compensation $42,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
