ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs an Account Representative for Keith Strain State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and our customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relationships and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant insurance products and services, including property & casualty, life, and health insurance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide information about State Farm insurance products and services, including property & casualty and life & health coverage.
  • Assist customers with policy applications.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, professional responses.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Meet or exceed sales and production goals through proactive marketing and relationship-building.
  • Collaborate with agency departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must hold or have the ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (license reimbursement available after 90 days of employment).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education a plus.
Compensation $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
