ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs an Account Manager for Keith Strain State Farm, you are essential to our daily business operations and the success of our customers. You will grow our agency by developing and maintaining meaningful customer relationships, serving as a trusted liaison between client needs and agency departments. You will enhance customers’ lives by proactively marketing and recommending relevant insurance products and services.
This is a production-based role offering a competitive base salary plus commission, with income expectations ranging from $42,000 to $75,000 annually. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention and agency growth.
  • Conduct comprehensive policy reviews and offer tailored insurance recommendations.
  • Use your knowledge of property & casualty, life, and health insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless service and support.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales and production goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must hold or have the ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (license reimbursement provided after 90 days of employment).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Comfortable engaging in proactive sales conversations.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
